Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

I'll never forget the year my Aunt Penny brought a no-bake pumpkin pie to Thanksgiving. It was silky, spiced, and unlike any pumpkin dessert I'd ever had.

Remembering that pie inspired this easy No-Bake Pumpkin Dip-a creamy, fluffy version you can make in minutes.

Made with cream cheese, homemade whipped cream, and instant vanilla pudding, this dip is smooth, sweet, and perfectly spiced.

Serve it with Biscoff cookies, graham crackers, or Nilla wafers-or serve a no-bake pie version by pouring it into a buttery Biscoff Pie Crust for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • Heavy Whipping Cream - Find this in the dairy section
  • Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix - Make sure it's instant pudding
  • Cream Cheese, softened - I use full fat, but you can use the reduced or non-fat versions
  • Brown Sugar - I like the warmth this brings, but use white sugar if needed
  • Cinnamon - Simple warm flavor that is perfect with pumpkin
  • Salt - balances out the sweetness
  • Vanilla Extract - Adds another layer of warm flavors
  • Canned Pumpkin - Make sure to use the plain canned pumpkin NOT pumpkin pie "mix"
  • Pecans, toasted and chopped - Brings a little crunch and richness to this dip
  • Biscoff Cookies, Nilla Wafers, pretzels, or Graham Crackers - for dipping

How to Make Pumpkin Dip

First, make the Homemade Whipped Cream-this is what gives the dip its luscious, fluffy texture.

Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl and sprinkle in the instant vanilla pudding mix. Using a whisk attachment, beat on medium-high speed until the cream thickens and forms stiff peaks.

In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Add the pumpkin purée and mix until fully combined.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture using a rubber scraper, taking care to keep the texture light and airy.

Fold in the chopped toasted pecans then spoon into a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.

Enjoy with Biscoff cookies, graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, gingersnaps, sliced apples, or another of your favorite dipper.

Hint: Turn this Pumpkin Dip into an easy no-bake pumpkin pie! Just spoon it into a Biscoff Crust and chill before serving.

Ideas for What to Serve with Pumpkin Dip

This dip inspired me to think of all kinds of ways to serve it.

  • Holiday Dessert Board - include the dip, cookies, fruit, and a few candies for a beautiful, no-bake spread.
  • Biscoff cookies - the spiced caramel flavor pairs perfectly with pumpkin.
  • Graham crackers or Nilla wafers - a nostalgic, crowd-favorite combo.
  • Gingersnaps - adds a warm, spicy crunch.
  • Apple slices or pear wedges - a fresh, crisp contrast to the creamy dip.
  • Pretzels - bring a salty, crunchy dipper to the party.
