White Chocolate Coffee Syrup Recipe

The "baby angel" loves her coffee syrups. She makes a new one nearly every week and is nice enough to share with me.

This White Chocolate Coffee Syrup Recipe is one of our favorite coffee syrup recipes. It's smooth, sweet, and full of mellow white chocolate flavor that melts right into hot coffee, iced lattes, and even cold brew.

With just a few simple staple ingredients, you can make a small batch in minutes and keep it in the fridge whenever the mood for a cozy coffee drink strikes.

Stir a spoonful into your morning cup, drizzle it into a latte, or use it to sweeten iced coffee on warm days. Once you have a jar of this in the fridge, your everyday coffee suddenly feels a little more like a coffeehouse treat.

And the best part? You get all that creamy white chocolate flavor without leaving the kitchen or waiting in a coffee shop line.

How to Make White Chocolate Coffee Syrup

Stir: Mix together in a medium saucepan.

Heat: Melt the white chocolate chips and sugar together

Add flavorings: Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts at the end so you don't cook off the flavors

Hint: Low heat and patience are necessities for making this coffee syrup. Heat on low and stir, stir, stir.

Storing Homemade Coffee Syrups

We prefer to store our homemade coffee syrups in a pint canning jar with a reusable lid. We use a sharpie to write the syrup flavor on the glass for ease.

Store in the fridge for 2 to 3 weeks.

Top Tip

Heat on low to avoid scorching the cream and white chocolate.
