Easy Biscoff Pie Crust recipe made with buttery cookies-perfect base for cheesecakes, pies, and no-bake desserts.

No Bake Biscoff Crust
The very first time I unwrapped a little package of Biscoff cookies, I was buckled into an airplane seat, cruising somewhere high above the clouds.
One bite of that caramelized, spiced sweetness and I was hooked-but back then, they seemed like a treat you could only score at 30,000 feet.
For years, I wondered why these little gems weren't sitting right next to the Oreos at the grocery store. What a missed opportunity… just think of all the pie crusts I could've made in that time!
So when it came time to dream up a crust for my Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie, there was no question-Biscoff cookies were the perfect match for cozy pumpkin spice. Crunchy, buttery, and kissed with that signature caramel flavor, they bring a whole new level of magic to a pie crust.
