Crush the Biscoff Cookies in a food processor or place them in a sealed plastic bag and crush. Pour into a 9 or 10-inch pie pan and add melted butter; stir well.
Press down using the flat side of a small measuring cup to form a pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes, if desired. Allow to cool completely.

Hint: Save a couple of Tablespoons of the crumbs as a topping for a sweet garnish.
