How to Make Cheeseburger Spring Rolls (Step-by-Step)
Caramelize the onions: In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the onions, then season with salt and sugar.
Brown the beef: Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is fully browned. Cool slightly before filling the spring roll wrappers.
Roll the Spring Rolls: Place a spring roll wrapper diamond-shape on a clean surface. Dip your finger in a small amount of water and run it along 2 edges of the wrapper. Then layer the grilled onions and beef filling onto the bottom third. Fold the bottom corner up, tuck in the sides tightly like a burrito, and roll upward. Pressing the edges to seal completely.
