Notes
How to Store and ReheatIn the Fridge:Let your fried spring rolls cool completely on a wire rack so the bottoms don’t get soggy from trapped steam. Pop them into an airtight container lined with a paper towel and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days. The Reheat TrickDo not use the microwave if you can avoid it—it will trap steam and make the wrappers rubbery and sad. Instead, pop them onto a baking sheet and heat them in a 400°F oven or air fryer for 5 to 7 minutes. They will crisp right back up to their original glory. The Meal Prep Freeze (Unbaked)This is the ultimate party host hack. Roll your spring rolls, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and freeze them solid for an hour. Once frozen, place them into a freezer bag. They will keep for up to 3 months. When party day arrives, just fry them straight from frozen - just add 1 to 2 extra minutes to the frying time!
