Instructions
In a medium, heavy bottomed sauce pan, combine the heavy whipping cream and white chocolate chips. Heat over low until the chips are melted.
Add sweetened condensed milk, salt, vanilla and almond extract.
Stir until combined, pour into quart canning jar and allow to cool before lidding and storing in the refrigerator.
