Saltine Crackers
crumbled (about 1 ½ sleeves)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, crumble the crackers with your hands until a fine meal is formed. Do not crush to dust. A few larger pieces is fine.
60 Saltine Crackers
Sprinkle in the sugar and stir.
3 Tablespoons Sugar
Knead the butter into the cracker crumb mixture with your hands until the crumbs hold together.
9 Tablespoons Butter
Press into a 9 or 10 inch pie plate.
Chill for 15 minutes.
Bake for 18 minutes or until the crust is a light golden brown.
Cool before filling with a filling of your choice.
Notes
No food processor needed. Crushing the crackers in the sleeve keeps the texture just right and saves cleanup.
