Process or blend until the dip is completely smooth.
Add a splash of water or milk if needed to get the desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Refrigerate and allow flavors to meld.
Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables, potato chips, pita chips, etc. Or thin slightly and replace your classic ranch dressing.
