Add the milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar, and ground cinnamon to your blender.
½ milk,
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream,
1 tablespoon sugar ,
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract,
1 dash ground cinnamon
Toss in the frozen pineapple chunks and mint leaf.

Secure the lid and blend on high speed for about 45 to 60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and creamy.
Adjust the taste and thickness.
Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with a mint leave and serve immediately.
