Instructions
In Instant Pot, cook ground meat on the sear/saute setting, until browned. Drain grease.
1 pound Ground Beef
Add onions and garlic. Cook until tender.
½ medium Onion,
1 teaspoon Garlic powder or Minced Garlic
Add carrots, celery, basil, Tony's, garlic powder, black pepper, chicken broth, parsley, and potatoes.
¾ cup Carrots,
¾ cup Celery,
1 teaspoon Basil,
2 teaspoons Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning,
1 teaspoon Black Pepper,
3 cups Chicken Broth,
3-4 cups Potatoes,
1 Tablespoons Parsley
Cook until vegetables are tender.
In a small bowl mash together butter and flour to create a paste. Add to the potato mixture and cook until thickened.
3 Tablespoons Butter,
3 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
Turn off heat and add milk, cheese, and sour cream.

2 cups Cheddar Cheese
Serve topped with green onions and more cheese.
