Using a pastry brush, brush whole pitas on both sides generously with olive oil.
Sprinkle with kosher salt.
Cut into 8 pita triangles. Use a pizza cutter or large chef's knife for ease.
Place in the Air Fryer Basket and bake at 400 degrees F for 3-6 minutes. Shaking and turning about halfway through to be sure they are crispy. Single layers cook more evenly.
Bake until golden brown and crispy. Cooking times vary. Mine takes 5 minutes.
