¼Cabbagechopped in large bite-sized pieces, seperated

1TablespoonOlive Oil
Kosher Salt and Pepperto taste (I used about ½ teaspoon of each)
1Tablespoon Wateroptional
1TablespoonHoney
1TablespoonSrirachaor to taste
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer to 375 degrees or the oven to 425 degrees.
Combine ¼ Cabbage, 2 slices Bacon,1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, Kosher Salt and Pepper, in a bowl; toss until coated.
If you like your cabbage a bit softer, add 1 Tablespoon Water to the bottom of your Air Fryer.
Put the cabbage mixture in Air Fryer basket and roast until the cabbage is are golden brown and tender, about 10-15 minutes. Tossing or stirring often.
Drizzle with 1 Tablespoon Honey and 1 Tablespoon Sriracha
Serve while hot.
Notes
If you like your cabbage a little softer, add 1 Tablespoon of water to the bottom of your Air Fryer to create a little steam.
