Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together quartered red potatoes, sliced onions, and bell peppers. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pour into the Air Fryer basket.
Top with brats, leaving plenty of room around each brat.
Air Fry at 385 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes. Flip the brats and cook another 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove the brats and set aside to rest when fully cooked and golden browned.
Cook the potatoes and onions for another 10 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
Notes
