In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, 1 teaspoon of sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Set aside.
2 ounces Cream Cheese, 2 teaspoons Sugar, 2 dashes Cinnamon, ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Slice strawberries and set aside.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the inside of the tortilla.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium. Add 1 teaspoon of butter.

When the butter is melted, sprinkle a 1 teaspoon of sugar and a dash of cinnamon and put the plain side of the tortilla down in the pan.

Working quickly, place the strawberries on top of the cream cheese filling.

Watch the bottom side closely by lifting the edge. As soon as the sugar turns light brown, remove from heat, fold in half, drizzle with honey, and serve.
