½ teaspoonCumin
14ounce canBlack Beansrinsed & drained
3TablespoonsMozzarella Cheeseor other shredded cheese

Tortilla Chipscrackers, or pita chips
Instructions
If using Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce -- in a medium bowl, use a potato masher or fork, to mash chipotle pepper with sauce until smooth. Alternatively, use a food processor.
Add jam and cumin. Stir well.
Place cream cheese in oven-proof pan or dish. Top cream cheese with black beans.
Pour raspberry chipotle sauce over the beans.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes or until heated through and mozzarella cheese is melted. Garnish with green onion, if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or pita chips
