Fit with a tight fitting lid and shake.
Use 1 Tablespoon seasoning per pound of pork.
Notes
Recipe yields approximately 1 ½ cups. Enough to season 3-6 pound pork roasts.
Make sure your spices are fresh. If they have some age on them, you may need to add more to get the intended flavor.
Store with a tight fitting lid in a dark location.
