Instructions
In a large mixing bowl with the paddle attachment, beat butter and peanut butter for 30 seconds.
Add ½ cup flour, sugar, honey, egg, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix until combined. Don't over mix.
Beat in remaining 2 cups of flour.
Chill for at least an hour, or until easy to handle.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in additional sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
Press one Cadbury Egg into each cookie top.
Cool cookies on a wire cooking rack.
