Spread both sides of each tortilla with a thin layer of Miracle Whip. Place one tortilla in a skillet that fits your tortilla. If using larger tortillas, use a large skillet.
Top the bottom tortilla with shredded cheese, then bacon, tomato slices, a handful of lettuce, a dollop of Miracle Whip, and another sprinkling of cheese. Place the second tortilla on top of the cheese.
1-2 Tablespoons Miracle Whip, ½ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 slices Bacon, 1 slice Tomato, ½ cup Lettuce, 2 6-inch Flour tortilla
Cook on medium heat until the bottom tortilla is lightly browned. Approximately 2-3 minutes.
Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the second side until lightly golden brown and cheese is melted.
